For Design By Day i would like to transform my portfolio into a short moving image piece, probably about 30secs max. I think this will make me stand out from the crowd and i have chosen to take this approach to this company as they use moving image a lot within their work.

Kiosk is a multi-disciplinary design studio founded by former Designers Republic
senior designer, David Bailey. We're based in Sheffield UK and work with like-minded collaborators remotely worldwide. Our clients range from large media/music companies (Conde Naste, GCI London, Ministry of Sound, Nickelodeon, Universal, Warner Music),
to smaller arts independents (Axis, Dance4, FutureEverything, Sheffield Contemporary Art Forum, 2020Vision Recordings)

About David

David Bailey was born in South Yorkshire in 1970. Time passed...
By 1993 he was a well travelled skateboarder who had returned to his native Sheffield.
Whilst producing fanzines, club nights and running a skate shop, David met Ian Anderson
and went on to become a key member of his Designers Republic, (1997 — 2005).
An eight-year-itch forced the leap to independence, and thus... Let's Kiosk!


 
 I love their work but I don't think I'd be suited to this as its not retail orientated, they really are a talented bunch but unfortunately I don't think I'd have much to offer them :(
